“Japanese people really work too hard, don’t they?”
When a friend from abroad said that to me, I thought they might be right.
It seems that surprisingly few people can just relax and laze around without worrying about what others think, often trying to read the room even when taking a break.
So, for this exhibition, I decided to showcase stamp artworks themed around “Gorogoro” (lazing around).
I created an interactive exhibition where both adults and children could enjoy unlimited stamping while relaxing and having fun “gorogoro” style.
